What does a group session look like?
A Consultation and Assessment is our in person way of seeing your dog and family in action. Our trainer will come to your home and spend time learning your dog, answering question, and start whatever initial foundational training they think will be most effective moving forward so you have things to work on after the session. Since the initial session can be filled with so many questions and new experiences, the consultation is 1.5 hours long.
If the trainer feels that there is a better training opportunity for your dog, the consultation will be refunded and the session will be cut short.
What if I or my dog don’t like the Group Sessions?
Group sessions can be stressful for some dogs. After the first session, if either the trainer OR you feel like this isn’t best training environment for your dog’s individual needs, we offer a full refund.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring the following to your first class:
– Your dog’s vaccination records
– A flat nylon leash
– A flat collar with ID tags
– Treats or food galore.
What if I have to miss a week?
If you have to miss a week, that is completely understandable. Let your trainer know and they will set up a make up time to go over the items that were missed. If life gets busy and you have to miss more than one week, contact our head trainer John and they will find a solution that is best for you.
